Good Neighbor Home Health Care

Good Neighbor Home Health Care has a long and rich history of providing quality home-based health care in the Brainerd Lakes Area. In fact, the business was born out of necessity by President and Founder Sherrie Christensen. A family member was struck with a long-term illness and required medical care at home. No such services were available at the time, so Sherrie started her own company. In 1984, Good Neighbor was established and is now the largest and most successful home health care company in central Minnesota.

The key to Good Neighbor’s success is simple: Hire the best nurses, therapists, aides and homemakers, and offer the highest quality care where the patient is treated with compassion and respect. That combination has been the cornerstone of Good Neighbor since its inception.

Good Neighbor has significantly grown since those early days. Good Neighbor now serves Crow Wing County and parts of Cass County, including an area north to Hackensack, west to Staples, east to Garrison, south toward Little Falls, and all communities in between. Good Neighbor also serves the Gull Lake and Whitefish chains of lakes.
