Awarded to a full-time, liberal arts student seeking a four-year degree. Recipient must be a high school graduate from Aitkin, Cass, Crow Wing, Mille Lacs, Todd or Wadena County and have a high school GPA of 3.25 or higher. Recipient must also be active in church.
